All purchases are eligible for a refund, exchange, and credit note within 30 days of original purchase and transaction date with original receipt, by the original form of payment and original card; Clearance items are exchange or credit note only. Item must be in original condition (unaltered, unsized, unworn), with original packaging, documentation, appraisals and certificates. Any item with a diamond of .50 carats or more will be sent to Head Office for verification prior to a refund, exchange or credit note being issued. Credit notes expire after 1 year of original issue date. Custom Orders (Special Orders) are final sale. Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, and Shipping Fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Layaway
Layaway Agreement: Minimum 20% initial deposit required. Layaways not yet picked upare eligible for refund within 30 days of original layaway start date on items in original condition (unaltered, unsized, unworn), with original packaging, documentation, appraisals and certificates. Refunds are offered on the original form of payment and original card. Clearance items are exchange or credit note only. Layaways not yet picked up after 30 days of original layaway start date are eligible for exchange or credit note only. Picked up layaways are eligible for exchange or credit note within 30 days of original layaway pickup date on items in original condition (unaltered, unsized, unworn), with original packaging, documentation, appraisals and certificates. No alternations can be made until the layaway is paid in full. No other person(s) other than those listed on the receipt are eligible to pick up this layaway. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to forward change of contact information required to contact the customer on behalf of this layaway. If the layaway is not fully paid for and picked up within 6 months of original layaway start date, the item(s) and any deposits or payments made will become the sole property of Celi Ltd.
